I have studied sports psychology and public health extensively in university but I have found that although all the books and research have helped, experience with many different personality types through my eight years personal training and fitness classes business is the most valuable.

It's putting into practice what makes people tick.

Motivation is a funny thing, you can be feeling completely motivated one minute and then completely lose it the next! We all wish we had an unlimited source of it.

People who are motivated achieve great things and appear to be able to do anything they put their minds too. Sometimes this is hard to do it all by yourself, you may not be sure about what to do or bored with your existing programme.

And this is where I come in! I will give you guidance and support and focus your training to make sure you achieve your goals.
